Sasha is gorgeous! We have considered it,she definitely is a herding breed as she loves to round up our chickens! I heard that chihuahua appears in Romanian breeds as it's an ancient breed and Romanian dogs gene pool hasn't been messed with to breed designer dogs,that could be utter rubbish however!
That's interesting about chihuahua, Im not sure it makes sense though considering the street dogs over there must breed with anything they can get close to.
