I’d also suggest adding some high quality worm castings and insect frass. There’s a buildasoil vid on YouTube where castings were tested by labs. Quality differences can be huge. I changed brands to coast of Maine and Colorado worm castings.

I have a soil mixing post somewhere on here with what I put in. About half a dozen dried NPK amendments plus myco and water in and leave for a couple of weeks.
I do! That’s premixed into the soil with myco. They barely need any extra nitrogen tbh. I reuse the last set of soil for the next too 50:50 with fresh lite mix. Seems to be working well. I try to rely on the amendments and feed bio-bizz top max and some bloom with microbe tea weekly as needed :)
Nice! I haven’t used biobizz top max but use their flower and veg nutes, along with a whole lotta buildasoil products. I’ve never tried teas. I look at the high quality worm castings as a way to get any and all amendments cooking. Actual worms in the castings!
Me too. First time growing Blue Zushi so I’ll count on the scoping for the final decision. I have a 3 year old mom of garlic Budder that I can grow like clockwork. I have stage 4 cancer so this is all medicine.
I’ve got a scope on a stand and just cut a few sugar leaves from different places and check under the scope and average them out. Damn, I’m sorry to hear that my friend but you’re absolutely doing the right thing with the cannabis. You’re already expert, I’d do the same if I got a cancer dx. 🤷🏻♀️ 🫶💚
Definitely. Insect frass is one of the soil ingredients too. With seaweed and rock dust. The mycorrhizal fungi are equally good at boosting growth. They’re ready to join to the roots and start exchanging nutes. I use dried powdered microbe tea now but used to make it in buckets with bubblers lol
