Funnily enough, my enjoyment feels similar to when I checked out Black Clover a few years back. People on the internet are really cringe sometimes with how they talk about certain series.

It also depends if we talk about anime/manga specifically, bc a lot of ppl think they are exactly the same, and thus put shade on both. I personally find animes for both Fairy Tail and and Black Clover rather purely directed and paced, while mangas for both are far more tighter in their execution.
