She's Jökull (usually goes by Jo or Jok)
She's a leopard seal selkie from Australia taken by poachers as a pup and used to hunt other selkies in the northern sea.
She was later sold to a collectionist and eventually freed.
Her moods can affect the weather which gives her more issues than not.
