Command time to synch with readiness does seem like a really good idea. Interested to know what downsides might be, but on the surface it makes sense. Compo 2 (from what I’ve seen) essentially does this informally.
Big thing is getting someone to commit to 3 years of command (hard enough as it is) and then if you do need to fire them good luck finding a spare LTC who’d be willing

On a serious note:
- 5 year PCS cycle
- Increase ReARMM cycles to 12 months.
- Increase BN command time to 3 years aligned with the new cycles.
-reduce CTC rotations
-align warfighters to Division combined arms exercises
- Common core PME done remotely, with TDY instead of PCS for MOS schools
- ESB/EFMB/EIB only allowed during Mod phases
- greater emphasis on PT (seriously genz is mostly out of shape)
- AFT replaced by 12 mile ruck, followed by digging a foxhole to standard, followed by AFT in the requisite time as only PT test.
- ban fast food from post
- make kitchenettes a thing in all barracks
- ban tobacco
- replace all monsters in PX with white monsters
Oh and bring back Spc5-Spc7
No reason to force people to lead who can’t
