Yes, tea bags usually dump more caffeine. *Very* generally, black tea has about half the caffeine of coffee and green tea has about half the caffeine of black tea.

On the other end, the Colombian black teas seem to be consistently highest in caffeine. I've been drinking them at night and it's always a mistake. If you're looking for caffeine, we also have an aged, loose-leaf pu'er from 2015 we'll start offering next week that's very high in caffeine.
