Here we go again. I’m so old I remember when everyone swapped to horrible oily stuff. Not me. Rather do without. So I was smug when butter was declared ok to eat. I’d been eating it for the previous 20 years. But now the oily stuff is fighting back. Stuff and nonsense.
What does that mean though? Plastics can be made from a whole host of basic substances from natural substances like rubber, shellac and casein through to completely synthetic chemicals. Even then just being "one molecule" away in Organic Chemistry can make something dramatically different.
