Thanks. To be honest I am finding it difficult to ask people again to fund me because of a failed government policy. No one should have to. People are struggling enough. If I don’t go it’s the fault of the government. No one else. 1372 days of asking for their support knowing they can change this

@owenjones.bsky.social can you please help @nydeafswimmer.bsky.social by getting the word out? It’s appalling that our government and the National Lottery don’t acknowledge deaf athletes. He’s running out of time to raise the deposit to compete in the 25th Deaflympics in Tokyo.
