Today sucked!

At work, I wear two hats. Half of my week I see patients. The other half, I supervise 20 PAs/NPs. I’m frustrated with 2-3 depts. in my org. where ideas go to die.
Should I…
1. Fight the power. 2. Save myself by doing the bare minimum. 3. Quit the leadership role.
