For fellow ADHD/autist/ND peeps:
If you find cleaning/organizing overwhelming, use this technique. Take a picture of the area you need to clean, in this case my desk.
Sit back and look at the picture, then ask yourself "What doesn't belong here, and where does it go?"

Yesterday I had a video call and I started noticing things in my camera that were out of place. I immediately fixed them.
All in all solid technique. Thanks for sharing.
In my head itβs still on the desk. Thatβs where I last saw it, so thatβs where it still is.
I gotta give the proper credit to Kippytan who did the piece for me!!
I kiiinda take pride in catering my home to my aesthetic

On Monday morning you will thank yourself.
I was sick!!!

I love my real purple mattress
Get a little hand basket. Put everything, EVERYTHING on the surface into that basket unto the surface is completely clear. Then, go through the items in the basket one by one, putting them wherever they go.
it's not the best in construction quality but I'm in love with the aesthetic
Being able to look at the exact same thing on a smal scale is CRAZY helpful compared to being overwhelmed with what feels like a massive mess π
Thank you β€οΈ

I've been diagnosed since I was a child in the early 90's in an actual hospital and none of those 3 things are the same.
And they don't act like that either.
Most autistic people can't help but tell you things honestly no matter your feelings.
