Yeah of course! Depending on your bmr and tdee, you can calculate how much of a deficit that is. But its most definitely a deficit even without working out because your body would naturally burn more than that just to keep your organs functioning etc! ☺️

The reason we need to eat in the first place is because our body needs fuel to just exist! Thats why if we eat less, our bodies have to convert any excess fat/muscle into fuel to keep functioning! Which = weightloss :)
