Most of the high end cars have bonded panels and structural parts too, but I’ve never seen panels fall off them even in heavy crashes it’s usually the metal that tears first before the bond fails,
That’s because all mainstream manufacturers know that bonding isn’t enough on its own, and will have mechanical fixings to prevent pealing. Lotus and Aston Martin developed fully bonded aluminium chassis in the 90’s and figured this out.
Most only bond panels no rivets, putting holes in metal is best avoided, some structural areas will be riveted or welded, lotus bond and rivet parts of the chassis, only to strengthen the joints not to add rigidity
Elon had to produce the truck, it was over promised and badly delayed.

Elon built the cyber truck and it shows.
Rushed, not thought through, 17 times more dangerous than a Pinto, and now it's heavy steel bonded to aluminium.
Tesla's aren't reliable.
They can't be self-fixed.
They can't be put out—if on fire.
The self drive doesn't work—it has killed people.
The auto drive doesn't recognise kids in poor conditions & has killed people.
Tesla is a very poor luxury brand for a clueless middle class
There's several industrial adhesives that will perform flawlessly for ALL of a vehicle's anticipated conditions.
Picking the RIGHT one, and CAREFULLY following its REQUIRED bonding process, is what separates a quality permanent bond from a WankPanzer that sheds parts the way TSLA is shedding value.

The guy bolted a hitch to an aluminium chassis.
Aluminium has a stress life.
Under repeated stress loads it weakens over time.
It's why we don't use aluminium for strength parts that would stress it beyond its capability. The giga press doesn't change metal properties.
