I'm amazed it works though, I didn't think the graphics could scale backwards enough to let it happen, unless you've got a funky GPU in there? I have a similar machine but it's in need of a PSU repair so naturally it's WAY down the 'will fix at some point' list 😄
It’s enough to support the Metal graphics primitives though. I had to stop using my 2017 iMac because it couldn’t be upgraded beyond Mojave for this very reason.
I had (in fact still have) the dual processor Xeon and also had a Quadro in it. Kept your legs warm in winter! With a VelociRaptor as a boot drive, it was also fairly noisy in the Summer months as it blew hot air over you!
It was, and I still couldn't afford one. I wasn't bothered though, because I had a snippy work laptop by then which could happily play UT and Half Life deathmatches.

I used my Mac Pro 3,2 (Mid-2009) until 2015 as my main gaming machine.
