curiosity made me do a google search - according to Wikipedia he lived at Little Aston near Sutton Coldfield.

Aldridge, Sutton Coldfield and Walsall all kind of merge in my mind! Not sure where I dredged Little Aston from though!

know what you mean - it has been a long time since I was in that area, but even then it was hard to judge where you cross the boundaries, they all merge together
