This is like going to HR for a systemic problem in your workplace: HR covers the asses of upper management. You get nothing from them but the shortest route to the door, if you are lucky. If you are not lucky, you get to learn about being a scapegoat. We have to get real about who is causing this.
Like what? They have no power. What is needed is outside leadership to get people, businesses and institutions to be unafraid and to rise up. That probably doesn't come from Congress.
