Books are the ocean of knowledge, the more books you read, the more you will know, the more the power of knowledge will increase. Books awaken memory.

I have bad adhd and auditory processing so I do use audiobooks as an accessibility tool as well it means I can be in bed just listening with no strain on my eyes when I need. A lot of the time I read with it, but it’s nice when you don’t have the energy to read with your eyes.

Audiobooks are my savior during times like those. I find the words to be comfort when listened to. It’s still hard to find the motivation to put one on but once I do, it helps 💜

I make sure that books are my happy place. So when I’m down I read genres & authors that I love. I also dnf as needed. Life’s too short to read books I don’t like.

Be gentle and take it slow. I also have this issue. Also, allow yourself to DNF or take breaks without shaming yourself.
