Judge Bates should impose a TRO and give them one hour to comply. After that, civil contempt charges (can't be pardoned) against Musk/Trump of $1 million per minute ($1.44B per day) for non-compliance. Lesser amounts against their lackeys.

Appoint receivers to attach their assets until they comply.
