Then who is going to enforce it? Plenty of good people out there, just like plenty of judges trying to do the right thing but there is no enforcement so charges don’t matter. That’s the constitutional crisis. Guard rails off, still checks but no balance.

We're double checking today to see if our credit-union teller was in error when she told us the direct deposit of my CSRS annuity payment for February was missing. She said she saw one was received on 2 Jan but none for Feb. I filed a report online to (what's left of) OPM yesterday. A fluke? Maybe
