Maker's Mark has always been my go-to for good bourbon. Plus, the bottles just look really cool.

Can’t go wrong with a knob creek or wild turkey but I’ve heard lots of praise for redemption both straight and in cocktails.

Four Roses Single Barrel is really good!!!!! Spent a lot of time when I was living in Kentucky drinking that, along with Knob Creek Single Barrel :)
