Whatever Putin’s directive was for Trump today, Trump failed. Yes, he wasn’t presidential & tried to bully Zelensky, but I also sensed panic. If Trump truly had leverage to control Ukraine, he wouldn’t have needed to try & strong arm Zelensky in front of cameras. This felt like a last ditch effort.
