It actually says... a. it took billions in farm, infrastructure, and tech $$ to get them this cheap, given how fragile they are b. prices are *high* due to cartelization - ThreadSky

I've asked people to read the article! So frustrating. Even people I mostly agree with @georgetakei.bsky.social #georgetakei have obviously posted without reading. I appreciate you bringing to light the plight of farmed animals.
