Ceasefire in Lebanon does not mean that the Israelis have left. Here is an Israeli tank casually pointing at a Lebanese man in front of it in southern Lebanon.

But you don't have an army in Lebanon? I can't understand why Israel can do as they please and no one responds to their attacks.

The Lebanese army is tasked to be neutral in this situation to implement the UN resolution. The don't have capacity to respond to Israel in any case.
As for why there is no response it's bcs there is technically a ceasefire, and only the Lebanese side (Hezbollah) is currently respecting it.
