Just checked the wiki entry for it. Nowhere near gaiman level. But I don't think all of it ever came out. I hope he isn't an arsehole. Only time will tell.

Yeah, the Gaiman thing hit hard, AG, AB etc are all favourites of mine, but I can't continue to support him with any purchases after this. I have a love of the Norse and so this is kind of a farewell of sorts? Hopefully Mieville isn't problematic. I'll have to look into it more.
