One of my first meals in Belgium was steak American, I thought it was a burger, turned out it was like yours without the spines. I love it now as a sandwich filling.

I think once I've got past the concept of eating raw animal flesh, I've also tackled dealing with the shape it's been formed into
I agree that the hedgehog is a toughie and I would have said the same about penguins, but I recently saw online what the inside of their mouths looks like
Don't go check!
