I live in a townhouse and can hear my neighbor snore through our shared wall. The insulation is fine- it’s just that loud. How weird would it be to ask him if he’s ever been checked for OSA next time I run into him?

Sometimes a bit of autistic bluntness can save a life, as I once “rudely” mentioned that someone might need their thyroid checked due to how their neck looked. (I managed to phrase it politely, and turned out to be right).
