Think especially on the back of a WC it’s best to roll as you no doubt would’ve planned to anyway. Trying to tinker straight away when clearly things can go wrong at any time might end up being more awkward in the future to deal with. Especially if more injuries do end up occurring.

The sensible thing to do is roll. If one of my DGW32 players were to pick up an injury I'd be in deep trouble with only one FT (if I were to buy Saliba now). So I'm gonna roll.
How are you in less trouble with a player in your team that wont play? The only minimal risk you avoid by not doing it now is the risk Saliba gets injured gw30-31.
