Is Trump allowed to hold office again? The Supreme Court only ruled that States couldn't leave him out of the ballot, but section 3 of the 14th Amendment prohibits former government officials from holding public office again if they have "engaged in insurrection or rebellion" against the USA.
Shouldn't admitting that Project 2025 was indeed his plan count as a confession to violating 18 U.S. Code § 241, conspiracy against rights? It openly threatens LGTBQ+ Americans and migrants. And at this minute, he isn't president and covered by any presumptive immunity weirdness.
And for those that don't know where the openly oppressive text is , it's on page 5 paragraph 2: "Pornography, manifested today in the omnipresent propagation of transgender
ideology and sexualization of children" and page 554 paragraph 2 "death penalty for applicable crimes"
