https://tinrechtshilfe.de/ does strategic litigation, with mixed success. Their main success is that they've forced companies to handle our third legal gender in stuff like customer forms.
Unfortunately their attempt to get trans healthcare for non-binary people covered by insurance has led the high social court to decide that no trans healthcare is covered. Not really their fault though, it's in many ways an absurd opinion.
I recommend reaching out to B Camminga about really interesting stuff happening in southern African countries. Also well worth reading up on stuff from India on the post-NALSA context (see e.g. https://academic.oup.com/cdj/article/59/2/209/7639851).
