guys i have to come up with a goal for work bc my boss is being required to do coaching sessions & ive been working here for 2 and a half years i basically have knowledge of everything already and have zero idea what kind of goal to makeðŸ˜

yea the next step in a career ladder from teller is becoming a loan officer and i have no desire to learn loans & they have so much extra work they have to do with loans and i dont wanna :/
