Last week we received the devastating news that Hannah Cole's F31 grant was terminated due to the focus on improving alcohol treatment efficacy for gender diverse folks. Hannah is an outstanding student & and this outcome is deeply unjust. Her letter to our TN senator is below:

So, for them, this is a “taxation without representation” issue. Folks are paying into the pot but forbidden from receiving services like research on their behalf.
