But I see your point.
I'm going with 5-10% before reading the article.
and I am as pro-choice as possible!!!
I hate how my side lies about this so much.

She died from not getting a D&C completed in time following a miscarriage. That's medical malpractice.
Texas law explicitly excludes from the definition of abortion any act done with the intent to treat a miscarriage.
* Conditions apply. Does not apply to women or minorities.
This article fails to note that Texas law explicitly excludes from the definition of abortion any act done with the intent to treat a miscarriage. https://casetext.com/statute/texas-codes/health-and-safety-code/title-4-health-facilities/subtitle-b-licensing-of-health-facilities/chapter-245-abortion-facilities/section-245002-definitions
This had to do with draconian laws that leave medical personnel in fear of persecution for providing basic care that has nothing to do with ending a pregnancy.
Do not kid yourself.
I understanding building community, but we are so spread out, and the internet has gotten so poisonous.

Here's an attempt to elevate the dialogue by summarizing the many reasons women deserve the right to sovereignty of their own body, and the right to self-defense. (postcard advocacy)
I hope the words are legible.
A lot of women in abortion restricted cases are not going to want to get pregnant.
I chose not to have kids and I’m too old to have them now, but this will never fail to make me angry and sad.
(I struggle with the ones who have MAGA signage)

Every woman that dies because of a miscarriage or a failed pregnancy, the blood is on there hands! 😭😭
If you read the article you will discover that abortion had nothing to do with this woman’s death, at all.
Because nothing about her death was caused by anything about Texas.
It was medical malpractice, plain and simple.
Texas' law specifically allows a D&C in situations involving a miscarriage like this one.
Her doctor failed her, not Texas.
Move to a blue state if you’re thinking of starting a family
Cruelty towards their fellow humans is the point.
So You say it didn't happen
FUCK OFF, GHOUL.
It also takes time ferreting it out. Freedom of information requests take time.
It will not be on a report that shows the true impact of these abortion bans.
Her life and death should never be forgotten.
This shouldn’t be happening.
Everybody talks about resistance resistance resistance. Maybe the medical community needs a little bit of that.
