Blaming porn for the reason why men become sexual predators is so reactionary and ignorant.

Porn is banned in plenty of countries and men still rape and violate the women there.

Not to mention how much of a slippery slope to other forms of censorship it is! There are plenty of hyper-religious groups that also consider anatomical drawings (ie for figure drawing or anatomy classes), music about sex, movies/shows with sexy scenes, and queer topics as a whole to be pornographic

My theory is that sexual repression is the reason sexual assault/rape and even mass shootings happen. If sex work was more wide spread, there would be outlets for urges and feelings instead of feeling ashamed and continually bottling them away to the point where it can't be contained any longer.
