And like, I get it… It’s hard to come out. I didn’t come out as bi until I was 29!!! And even then, even after being accepted by the people who matter, there’s still moments where there’s a strange awkward tension about it.

honestly I can see where the stigma comes from - and I think for her being bi felt performative (because of internalized misogyny & homophobia) and that was a turn off for her but I think she just needed to surround herself with people who worked on their own biases / were accepting
That's the same age I came out actually so very recently. I should probably mark that on my calendar before I forget it.
It just...didn't matter what gender or whatever had what I like, because they have what I like? I noticed it on myself first, then on several more men, until I just admitted it.
