I currently have a prolapsed disc and it feels like someone has tied a knot in my spine. Got stuff from doctor so I’ll be grand but I should really have done it two days ago.

Had it about five or six times now, maybe even more than that. I am down for physio so hopefully they will look at it. It’s not as bad as it sounds but if I didn’t have anti inflammatories it would be a nightmare.
Physio is wonderful. I saw a physiotherapist over about 6 months last year. Now when I get any twinges I know exactly what exercises to do to feel better. Wishing you all the best.
Bad time of year to be needing intervention from a Dr but glad you got through for a bit of a ‘fix up’. Can only recommend you avoid any limbo dancing during the NY celebrations and wish you good health and all the best for 2025
