I put one of Feather's feather with a Super Mario 64 DS in a crafting table and I was able to create Super Feather 64 DS.

Oh, you can do it, but it's a pretty rare thing, the tools you get on the internet aren't always stable and pretty hard to use and understand, but once you've understood how it works it's relatively easy to do.
