(I actually quite liked Bright, dumb as it was - proper 90s Smith vehicle, just way later; Carnival Row was bloody excellent, which I was not expecting)
Alan Moore's Top 10 sorta fits. Superhero cops in a city populated solely by superheroes, supervillains, robots, & the occasional Godzilla. Moore cited Hill Street Blues as influence and it feels very apt. It's also extremely funny and full of fun little sight gags and comics references
