Uhm. They will have a deal with good faith actors who actually want to see a free sovereign and strong Ukraine. And i’m not sure how your comment is helpful

Europe will need a source of income to pay the US for future weapons delivery for the Ukraine war. US arms dealers will want to cut a deal to supply weapons. They don't care if they are paid by Europe or through US budget allocations to the Ukraine (70% of the $125Bn US spent stayed in the US).

Zelensky needs to make the minerals deal with the EU nations for a guarantee to be admitted into NATO and then become a part of the EU so they all can share in the economic success. Then he needs to give a big fat middle finger to trump, vance and elon.
