Anyone else listen to music at work whenever able, and measure how busy/stressful the day was by genre they ended up with?

It's not an exact science, but for me there definitely is a scale from Tally Hall, through NSP, Mystery Skulls, Pendulum, and capping out at Avenged Sevenfold.
