I have been waiting almost 4 months since my neurologist said only surgery could fix me. I have yet to even get an appointment with a neurosurgeon, let alone an actual surgery date. Meanwhile, I am off work, unable to drive or even go for a walk. Thanks Doug.

1. Had to take my 94 year old mother by ambulance to hospital Friday night at 5. She remained in the hallway in 4pm Saturday after noon. 23 hours !!! She was only moved now to a small cubicle in the emerg floor as was finally diagnosed with influenza A.It is now Monday night and no reg bed

2. in the main hospital. While we are grateful she has private cubicle she is surrounded by people in beds in the hallways so it’s noisy -she gets no sleep. She hears people speaking n believes they are speaking to her. 94 yrs old and sick with influenza and delirium and no real bed 🤬🤬🤬🤬
