Is this a food intolerance??? I’ve spent my whole life eating like one egg and then being uncomfortably full for an entire day and I’m starting to think maybe I should not eat eggs.

It's definitely possible to be allergic to them.

It could be! I have heard of someone else who felt similarly after eating eggs, but I don’t know them/don’t know how they figured it out.

I get this same feeling when I eat apples. I feel like Aunt Marge in that scene in Harry Potter where she gets inflated and floats away lol
