Genuinely makes me unwell. Jon still genuinely relied on Elias and trusted his advice. He thought Elias was someone he could rely on - and after that assurance that Jon was still human.... but of course that was before he died.
jon is so lonely, so isolated at this point. tim and daisy are gone, georgie won't see him, melanie wants him dead, martin is avoiding him, basira is keeping him at arm's length.

I'm constantly torn on this because you're right, oh my god, even the monster who made him won't see him, he's SO ALONE
...but on the other hand it is extremely funny if Elias went to all this trouble to make sure Jon couldn't see him and Jon never once considered the possibility
the only other monster that he knows (and is "on his side")—the one who did this to him, who might understand what he's going though—won't see him either
