Only your first and fourth point is fact. Unless you are Joy or Jason, everything else is speculation.

That would be to discount the multitude of statements made by both Joy and Jason Taylor. So, if we are using STATEMENTS as the premise, those statements made by the Taylors hold equal water.
A filing is not a sworn statement. And absent deposition or trial, all parties are presumed innocent.
