We were told that if RNs showed up and it was considered a “protest” it would be a breach of our union contract and an action that could result in termination.
This is unfortunately accurate (that’s why a lot of strikes center on ULPS) BUT it’s only accurate when done on work time afaik. Trust your union! But do ask for clarification too
