Of course the universe is just hydrogen contaminated with a chunk of helium and a smidge of dirt wrapped in a massive blanket of dark matter / energy. Statistically we don't exist.

1st hydrogen, then helium, our Sun will continue fusing heavier and heavier elements… until, at 2.5 billion Kelvin, silicon fuses to nickel, which decays into iron - the end. Every other element came from super- hyper- & kilo-novas: gold, platinum etc, all just ashes of cosmic explosions. 🧪🔭
