The biggest employer in my community is a navy base w/ thousands of civilian employees. Yesterday was 1st day of 100% RTO, & it was already chaotic, no space to work & networks crashing from overload. Today there’s a snowstorm, everything shutting down mid-day, & nobody knows WTF is going on. 1/3
