oh and no I don't know of any local orgs that are sponsoring it but they're slowly finding out about it by ppl telling them. @sanders.senate.gov knows :)
it was born on reddit so we have to tell the older folks about it (assuming most are off reddit).

Eric Pembroke from the state of Vermont has assured us that the State House lawn is public property, and as such, peaceful public gatherings are permitted there.

Officer Sara Macera of the Capitol Police confirmed that their officers will be present and prepared to aid any individual that needs assistance (regardless of political divides). As long as protesters do not block the street, no permitting is required from the City of Montpelier.
