March 4th is the state of the Union address in DC. That was the purpose of that date. The city will be crawling with heads of state and oligarchs. That said, the reason DC 50501 felt it necessary to pivot was for serious concerns about safety. DC protests are wildly different than in other towns.

I revised my protest sign in preparation for March 4th. In Tacoma, WA we had a lot of passing traffic showing their support and only four giving us the one finger salute. Three were driving Teslas and one in a $100K Mercedes. Go figure.

Crowd had a nice feel but you all haven't yet figured out what to do with a crowd once you have one.
Maybe get with people who have been organizing for years bcs repeating the same chant, over &over for 45 minutes doesn't do anything.

It’s not really planned on an individual level, i don’t believe. Just show up at your State House in your state capitol on the fourth and people will be there. There may be independent ones in cities for people who are too far away to get to the capital.
