I’m definitely not a dog expert but I watched a dog owner be careless and shitty to their puppy today and idk, maybe I should have said something.

Puppy was tied up outside a store (so she was shivering and terrified) and her leash was directly attached to her collar. Every time she strained against the leash, she’d get tangled and choke.
