i *particularly* hate jogging, it makes me feel like my chest is going to cave in. (And my dad forced me to do it for years as a child. Imagine my schadenfreude at learning that a lifetime of running sports ruined his back and caused a bunch of late life heart problems for him. No thanks.)
i have cheap a recumbent exercycle which i find tolerable for cardio, i have my ipad on a stand in front of me so i can read while i pedal. Back when i had my research job i would set up my laptop on the stand and use the time to type angry flame emails to coworkers. Really made the time fly by!
