That's got some merit. But it's really capitalism combined with corruption. The government was bribed with campaign money to buy out the radio stations which destroyed the musical talent on the radio. Rock pop soft pop all of it.
Looking at art books from the early noughties and wow people just got to make concept art and be free and explore and that effort and skill and talent showed in the movies of that time
He unfortunately grew up in a way that meant he *had* to go educate himself and get himself a job that would give him a life outside of being poor. And because of his choices and where they brought him, I’m able to selfishly pursue art
Me too. My dad (who chose to be a doctor in this life) has retired now has started really learning how to draw and paint within the last few years, something he was always interested in but never really pursued.
